Our floral designers will provide you with a free consultation to help plan & coordinate the details of your special event. Consider having your mother, maid of honor, or groom to be in tow to help make some decisions with you.
It is a lot of information to process!

Here are a few details to consider prior to your consultation
and can help determine your floral budget:
  • Consider the number of attendants in your wedding party. Less attendants means we will have to create fewer bouquets
  • How many guests at your event? Fewer tables means fewer centerpieces
  • Certain flowers will run up of the cost of your floral budget no matter what season. Don't worry!... we can review your options with you!
  • Flowers that tend to be expensive: lilies of the valley, calla lilies, orchids, magnolias, peonies, gardenia, and hydrangeas - Flowers that tend to be moderately priced: orange blossoms, lavender, daffodils, daisies, chrysanthemums, carnations, roses (due to huge variance in kind, quality, and color), and greenery such as ivy
  • You might want to consider options other than floral arrangements for table centerpieces. We have plenty of ideas to share with you!


What's In the Budget?
How much do wedding & event flowers cost?
Our designers will gladly work with any budget to make your event spectacular! However, here is some basic info to help set & stick to your floral budget!

On average, you should expect to spend about 8 to 10% of your overall budget on the flowers. This will include the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, & any ceremony and reception decor.
While this is a good estimate, you can modify many floral elements to determine the actual amount you will spend on your flowers . Factors such as whether or not the flowers you choose are in season, the number, size, and complexity of the arrangements.
It's a good idea to already have an idea of your overall floral budget before meeting with us for the first time in order to narrow down all of the options available. With that being said, there are a number of ways to cut costs without cutting elegance and beauty. We would be happy to discuss these factors with you!

How to choose the perfect flower for your event!
While our floral designers will gladly assist you in choosing the best flowers to accomplish your vision, it is a good idea to get to know which flowers will be more readily available around the time of your event. When it comes to wedding or event flowers, it really makes sense to go with the season! You will want to choose flowers that bloom naturally during the time of your wedding or event. Seasonal blooms are readily available, less expensive, and often more durable. So, if at all possible, choose your flowers by seasons! However, if your heart is set on a specific bloom you certainly do not have to let go of that dream! You can find most floral varieties all year long!
